Man I am so tired of peoples bitching and moaning jeez give
me a break. do you ever just feel like telling people to kiss off? I do ALL THE TIME! I have to get out of this place, its sucking the life out of me, I'm going stagnant. I hate it here, I hate some of the people here, as soon as I can pay all my shizz off I can start saving to get the hell out of here. I want to start fresh where no one knows me. its like people here think they can treat you however they want and get away with it because its a small town. well they can kiss my big black ass.

soreness blegh
So very sore today, we worked on legs and there was lots of jumping, but I think I am going to make my three pound goal by the end of this month. my trainer said she wanted me to lost eight pounds by the end of this month, I can't believe I am close. well my birthday is next month and I am super excited about it we are going to the rocket bar and grill I'm gonna be the big twenty three ;-)
just another day
Man I hate the early shifts at work, I feel, like I'm walking through a fog blegh. So I was thinking this morning "hey why not walk to work this morning and add a little boost to my day, well there are two major problems with that. number one is that it is still super dark outside and creepy, and the second reason is because there are so many mosquitos out.
so I went to the gym today, it was a cardio day today and my trainer had me try and run backwards on the treadmill, almost biffed it.

Let Me Introduce Myself.
i live with my mother and younger brother, my mom and i are heavier ladies and so we have started a lifestyle change, we are doing well, so far i have dropped 35 lbs. i go to the gym everyday i actually like it a lot, when im mad i end up working it all off. i love my brother but he is one of those guys who can eat anything they want and if he gains a pound he grows an inch, its frustrating i tell ya, but he also does sports, he's big into football.
So i work at a hospital as a cook and we have this thing called an adventure race, its a thirty mile long race that involves cycling, water play and running, every so often there are checkpoints where you have to stop and do an activity like climbing a big stack of hay-bales and get a card punched to prove you did it. i know i am not ready this year to do it but i signed up for next years race and now i need to start training for it, i am getting a bike for my birthday next month and i discussed a cycling program with my trainer, she told me i can do my regular workouts and then do a cycling program on top of that since that is cardio and i am doing lift workouts. so i have a year to get ready for this race, i really feel that this is good for me, i am not competing with anyone else i am just trying to better myself and to prove i can do it.
So on that note, does anyone have any cycling advice?
